Creator Payout Terms

These Creator Payout Terms apply to the creator storefront, products, or campaigns approved for your CareCore account. They supplement the Creator Program Addendum and CareCore Terms.

Creator Marketing Fees

CareCore may pay fixed Creator Marketing Fees for approved marketing, content, platform, educational, administrative, or campaign services. Applicable fee amounts, eligible products, storefront scope, or campaign scope are shown in your creator dashboard or applicable written payout summary.

Creator Marketing Fees are not compensation for referrals, prescribing, clinical services, medical decision-making, pharmacy or lab services, dose changes, or the volume or value of medical services.

When fees are eligible

A Creator Marketing Fee is eligible only when all applicable requirements are satisfied, including:

• The order is attributed to your approved storefront, product, or campaign under CareCore's attribution rules.
• The order is completed and not refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, ineligible, or non-compliant.
• You have completed required tax onboarding and Stripe Connect or other payout setup.
• You remain in compliance with the Creator Program Addendum, FTC disclosure rules, health-claim rules, privacy and health-data rules, platform rules, and any applicable campaign requirements.
• Any product-specific clinical, compliance, pharmacy, lab, fulfillment, or operational gates have been satisfied.

Payout timing

Eligible Creator Marketing Fees are paid within 60 days after the end of the month in which the order becomes eligible for payout, subject to tax onboarding, payment processor timing, refund or chargeback windows, fraud or abuse review, operational delays, and any holds, reversals, or offsets allowed under the Creator Program Addendum or applicable terms.

Holds, reversals, and offsets

CareCore may hold, reverse, offset, or terminate payout eligibility if an order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, ineligible, non-compliant, associated with a creator compliance breach, or otherwise outside the applicable payout rules.

Updates

CareCore may update these Creator Payout Terms prospectively as products, operations, campaigns, or legal requirements evolve. Continued storefront activity or payout eligibility may require acceptance of updated terms.

Acceptance

By accepting these Creator Payout Terms, you agree that any Creator Marketing Fees are fixed fees for approved marketing, content, platform, educational, administrative, or campaign services, and are not compensation for referrals, prescribing, clinical services, pharmacy/lab services, dose changes, or the volume or value of medical services.
